How do I know how many points I've earned?
We will provide your point balance within every email we send. You can also check your balance by logging into your account here.
What if I think my point balance is incorrect?
We do everything possible to provide an accurate point balance, but if you have questions regarding your balance then please email us at bizraterewardssurveys@bizrate.com
When will I receive my points?
Points will be deposited in the account linked to your email address within 72 hours of completing a survey.
How do I redeem my points?
Within every emailed survey invitation there is a link to redeem your points. After receiving 5,000+ points, you can redeem them for eGift cards. Just click that link and follow the on-screen instructions.
How many points will I receive per survey?
You will receive anywhere from 5 points to 5,000 points per survey-depending on their length and subject.
Can you help me redeem my points?

How can I earn even more points?
Just continue to participate in the activities we invite you to each week. We will email you when new opportunities are available.
Can I receive points for referring friends to Bizrate Rewards?
We currently do not offer a refer-a-friend bonus.
Will my gift cards expire?
No. Once you have the gift code, it never expires.
Do points expire?
As long as you are active (responding to our emails and cashing in your points), your points will not expire!
If you do not earn and/or redeem any points for an entire calendar year, your Bizrate Reward account will expire (and your entire point balance lost). For example, if 500 points are deposited to your account in November 2015, and you do not use any points or have points deposited to your account for an entire 12 months (November 2015 to November 2016), your account and all available points will be deleted on or about January 1, 2017.
