What rewards will I earn?

We're excited to offer you great selection of eGift cards from big brands that you love and trust. At this time we are offering Amazon eGift cards for Bizrate Rewards members.

Will I need to pay anything to join Bizrate Rewards?

No! Bizrate Rewards is free and we will never ask you to pay a cent.

Why do I need to answer questions about myself to join Bizrate Rewards?

In order for you to earn the most points, we want to match you with the right opportunities. By answering these questions about yourself we can quickly determine the best activities to send your way.

What is my username and password?

We strive to make your membership as easy as possible and don't require a username and password to join Bizrate Rewards. All of your information is tied to your email address used during sign-up.

How can I change my email address associated to my Bizrate Rewards account?

Becoming a member is simple because we only require your email address when joining Bizrate Rewards. For this reason it is a bit difficult to change your email address-it is basically your account.

If you wish to change your email, you will need to cancel: your current account and set up a new Bizrate Rewards account.

How do I join Bizrate Rewards if I live outside of the United States?

We currently do not have many opportunities for residents outside of the United States, but we're working hard to extend our program. Please click here and we'll let you know as soon as we have something available for you.

How do I contact someone to answer a question that isn't answered here?

We're more than happy to answer any questions you may have! Simply write us a quick email at contactus-bizraterewards@bizrate.com and we'll respond within 72 hours.

My Bizrate Reward Points

How do I know how many points I've earned?

We will provide your point balance within every email we send. You can also check your balance by clicking here.

What if I think my point balance is incorrect?

We do everything possible to provide an accurate point balance, but if you have questions regarding your balance then please email us at contactus-bizraterewards@bizrate.com

When will I receive my points?

Points will be deposited in the account linked to your email address within 72 hours of completing a survey.

How do I redeem my points?

Within every emailed survey invitation there is a link to redeem your points. After receiving 5,000+ points, you can redeem them for egift cards. Just click that link and follow the on-screen instructions.

How many points will I receive per survey?

You will receive anywhere from 5 points to 5,000 points per survey-depending on their length and subject.

Can you help me redeem my points?

If you encounter an issue redeeming your points then please email us at contactus-bizraterewards@bizrate.com.

How can I earn even more points?

Just continue to participate in the activities we invite you to each week. We will email you when new opportunities are available.

Can I receive points for referring friends to Bizrate Rewards?

We currently do not offer a refer-a-friend bonus.

Will my gift cards expire?

No. Once you have the gift code, it never expires.

Do points expire?

As long as you are active (responding to our emails and cashing in your points), your points will not expire!

If you do not earn and/or redeem any points for an entire calendar year, your Bizrate Reward account will expire (and your entire point balance lost). For example, if 500 points are deposited to your account in November 2015, and you do not use any points or have points deposited to your account for an entire 12 months (November 2015 to November 2016), your account and all available points will be deleted on or about January 1, 2017.

About the surveys

How often will you contact me to take a survey?

We will email you up to 2 times per week. We are working hard to offer you the ability to pick a custom frequency for contact and we'll certainly let you know once this feature is available!

How long does a survey take to complete?

Surveys have different lengths and subject matter so we can't provide a standard time estimate. That said, we know your time is valuable so we try to pair you with surveys that are tailored to your interests & demographic, and reduce the number of questions by filling in answers you've already supplied.

Can I respond to surveys any other way besides online?

Unfortunately we do not offer other ways to take surveys right now, but we have some exciting opportunities in the works. Please click here to stay in the know!

What if a technical issue occurs during my survey?

We do everything possible to create a positive & error free experience, but should something go wrong please know that our team is working hard to fix it. If the issue persists and you want to tell us about it, then please email us at contactus-bizraterewards@bizrate.com.

Cancelling Bizrate Rewards Membership

How do I cancel my Bizrate Rewards membership?

We never want to see you go, but if you would like to cancel your Bizrate Rewards membership, then simply click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of your survey invitations.

If I cancel my Bizrate Rewards membership, then what happens to my remaining points?

We currently do not offer the ability to transfer your points or redeem balances lower than 5,000 points. If you cancel your Bizrate Rewards membership at any time and have not redeemed your points, then they are ineligible for redemption.
